2 chicken fillet
100g “Siera gabaliņš” with seeds
4 slices of bacon or prosciutto
1/2 glass bread crumbs
Wash and dry chicken fillets. Cut each fillet in two parts so that you get two slices.
Mix eggs in one bowl and pour bread crumbs in another bowl.
Cut cheese in 8 slices.
Put a chicken fillet on a work surface; cover it with two slices of cheese and a meat slice. Roll it starting from the thickest end. Then dip the roll in egg, bread crumbs, once again in egg and once again in bread crumbs. Repeat the same steps with the rest of fillets.
Bake in a hot pan or oven until a golden crust forms.
Serve immediately with vegetable salad.
