350g biscuit cookies
50g butter with Himalayan salt
50g sweet cream
100g dark chocolate ( minimum 70%)
1 spoon maple syrup
Pour sweet cream in a pan, add butter and melt butter on low heat.Crush the biscuits, add the cream-butter mix and stir. Add maple syrup. If the sweets are not intended for kids, a liqueur may be added instead of the maple syrup.
Make balls of the size of a walnut, arrange them on a board and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Put the prepared balls taken from the fridge on wooden sticks and carefully dip them in the chocolate. Sweets shall be decorated with Himalayan salt.
Sticks with sweets shall be arranged in a glass or a cup and let for drying.
The sweets can be served both on sticks or on a plate.
