100g “Siera gabaliņš” with seeds
1 tablespoon butter
8 empty egg shells
Whip eggs with cream. Grate cheese. Melt butter in a pan and pour in the egg mix. Immediately add grated cheese. Bake omlette by stirring it all the time, to ensure that “lumps” form. We recommend not to add any salt because cheese is salty enough. Let the omelette cool down and put it in egg shells. Decorate with greens or caviar. This can be served as a snack on Sunday breakfast by offering a toast with it.
