200g “Siera gabaliņš” with seeds
2 garlic cloves
Boil pasta in salted water following the instructions on the packaging. Dispose of the water and leave a little water for the sauce. Chop onion and garlic. Heat oil in a sauce pan and roast onion and garlic. Add cream, ½ glass of water and cook for about 5 min. Add grated cheese, leave little cheese for decorating, and add grated lemon peel. Stir continuously until the cheese has melt. Add salt and fresh grinded pepper according to taste. Add spinach and stir.
Add pasta to the sauce, stir and decorate with grated cheese and grated lemon peel before serving.
