Company SIERA NAMS was founded in 1997 as a dairy products producer and importer across Latvia.
Over the past ten years SIERA NAMS became the leading importer of cheese. The company offers a broad selection of cheeses from European cheese producers, and has established as the major cheese manufacturer in Latvia.
Among other products of Siera Nams are coffee cream, margarine and yogurt.
Our success is based on profound and long-term cooperation with the European cheese producers as well as stable partnership with the biggest Latvian retail chains like Rimi Latvia, Stockmann, Maxima Latvia, Sky, Elvi, Mego, Nelda, and IG Grupa.

Our Corporation takes part in major Food Fairs of Europe. Only choice products of the highest quality are selected. Quality of cheeses and other imported products is approved by certificates of manufacturers, and tested for compliance with EU regulations. They are honoured with Food Fairs diplomas from Europe and all around the world.
Our storehouse has automatic temperature control equipment in accordance with HACCP - Hazard Analyses and Critical Control Points system.  It is the internationally approved self-control system for safe handling of food products. Under this system our personnel perform regular quality testing of the products under the EU Quality Standards.

SIERA NAMS – Homemade Cheese Producer

For the past nine years Siera Nams Corporation became the major homemade cheese producer in Latvia. Apart from homemade Ciba cheese a number of other well-known similar products are custom-made in our production facilities.
Alongside with increasing awareness of consumers the demand is rising for fresh products containing no preservatives. Modernization of production process is the only way to satisfy growing demand of consumers.
In production of homemade cheese we use only highest quality milk. Our professional processing engineers are in charge of quality control of raw materials and the ready-made product.
In 2004 the factory obtained EU Approval registration (025P) for manufacturing of skimmed milk and whole milk products.

SIERA NAMS – Pre-packed and Sliced Cheese Producer

In 2004 a decision was made at Siera Nams Corporation to expand production. In 2005 the new shop for hard cheese cutting and vacuum sealed pre-packing was put into operation. Now you can buy SN sliced cheeses in any large store. They are especially popular among the consumers that appreciate high quality and comfort: cheese is evenly sliced and vacuum-packed to preserve freshness. In 2005 the factory obtained EU Approval number (A022800).
