1 piece of steak, approximately 400g
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder
10g butter with Himalayan salt
grind chilli pepper
salt, black pepper
The bay-leaf should be crushed in pieces, the garlic clove should be chopped. Put it in a blender, add vinegar, Worcester sauce, paprika powder, a little of chilli pepper and blend it all. Pour this marinade over the meat, cover with a plastic and put it in a fridge for 3 hours.
The meat should be grilled approximately 4 minutes from each side. The meat should be put on a plate, covered with folium and let “to rest” for approximately 20 min.
