Ingredients:

2 trouts

Cayenne pepper or paprika

60g butter with Himalayan salt

lemon

estragon or dill


Trout should be cleaned, the bowels and gills should be removed. The fish should be rubbed with Cayenne pepper or paprika from both inside and outside. The fish should be grilled for 10-12 min and turned around occasionally by placing a small piece of butter on it. Ready trout should be served with lemon slices and estragon or dill.
